Dr. Yoonah Danskin is a wonderful DDS. She was very professional and my dental implant procedure went very smoothly, and with no pain. Also, the office staff is very welcoming and courteous. I would recommend them to all.
Doctor Danskin is an excellent Periodontist and puts me at ease during my treatment. She has great chairside manner and is very confident with her knowledge. Her assistants and staff are also great 👍.
Dr. Danskin and staff are unbelievable! The care I got for an implant cannot be replicated! I was so afraid, they created a relaxing environment, checking frequently post surgery, and I am always greeted with a warm welcome. In a time where medicine can be impersonal and quick, Dr. Danskin and crew are the exact opposite!
Dr. Danskin was very gentle, discussed everything about the procedures and aftercare very clearly, communicated with me and prescribed medication via phone when I had complications, and helped resolve everything quickly. She also has an attentive, caring, reassuring attitude. I highly recommend her as a periodontist even for someone with significant dental anxiety.
I am so grateful to have found and made an appointment with Dr. Danskin, her staff was so kind and accommodating and she listened and answered all my questions patiently. She even took the time to recommend strategies to prevent gingivitis. Her and Margaret helped me get an appointment with their hygienist despite my complicated schedule. Honestly this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a dentists office!
Dr Danskin is has a great bedside manner and really takes the time required to explain things to you thoroughly. Great experience going to the office, highly recommended.

FAQ

Questions
How often should I visit the dentist?

It is recommended to visit the dentist for a regular check-up and cleaning every six months. However, your dentist may suggest more frequent visits based on your individual oral health needs.

What should I do if I have a toothache?

If you experience a toothache, rinse your mouth with warm water and use dental floss to remove any food particles stuck between your teeth. If the pain persists, contact your dentist for an appointment as soon as possible. You can also take over-the-counter pain medication to help alleviate discomfort until you can see your dentist.

How can I prevent cavities?

To prevent cavities, brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, and limit sugary and acidic foods and beverages. Regular dental check-ups and cleanings are also essential for maintaining good oral health.

What are the signs of gum disease?

Signs of gum disease include red, swollen, or tender gums, bleeding while brushing or flossing, persistent bad breath, receding gums, and loose or shifting teeth. If you notice any of these symptoms, schedule an appointment with your dentist.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept most major dental insurance plans, as well as cash, credit cards, and financing options through third-party providers. Please contact our office for more information on specific payment options and to verify your insurance coverage.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

In case of a dental emergency, such as a knocked-out tooth, severe toothache, or broken dental appliance, contact our office immediately. We reserve time in our daily schedule for emergency appointments and will provide you with instructions on how to handle your situation until you can see the dentist.

Are dental X-rays safe?

Yes, modern dental X-rays are safe. The amount of radiation exposure from a dental X-ray is minimal, and dentists take precautions to minimize exposure by using lead aprons and collars. X-rays are an essential diagnostic tool for detecting dental issues that may not be visible during a regular exam.
